The staff was extremely friendly, the room we stayed in was very clean and had nice amenities like a fridge and microwave, and the overall experience was fantastic.

Beach was not good- they should make effort to rake up seaweed for guests.

The room smelled musty, there was only a buffet option for dinner which is not disclosed before arriving at the hotel, staff was not friendly.

Spacious rooms with two queen beds and a bathroom, set in a beautiful location with easy access to everything within a short walk.

Enjoyed South Yarmouth, the hotel was friendly on the river side of the resort. The room I booked was well-kept and decent sized with a/c and a king size bed and updated carpets as expected. The staff were professional and attentive hole time of my stay. Also, location was stunning and wonderful, relatively close to Pirate's Cove Mini Golf. On site outdoor restaurant for dinner

Helpful and super friendly staff here! the restaurant serves a good breakfast at a decent price. They've got tasty burgers and fried fish that hit the spot - definitely worth it! 🍔

The rooms are very clean and tidy with twin beds and air conditioning, and you can check in early and there is parking available here.
